Guided Meditation

Regardless of where you are located on this physical plane (or astral), Reiki can reach you. This energy works on clearing and balancing the energy within your body. Reiki energy flows through you and clears energetic blocks as well as calming the spirit and mind. There is no such thing as too much or too little Reiki. If time only permits a shorter session, then know that Reiki will do what it is intended. Please allow an additional 10-minute for setup/preparation.
